As you know, our company is the developer of its own platform for the exhibition sector – OKAY Expo.
It’s time to open some points of platform development:
The team, which has been working on the project on its own and with funding from German partners for more than two years, decided to launch a light version of the platform for the next event.
At the moment, in order to speed up and show the principle of action on the example of the GREENEXPO 2022 exhibition, we have decided, together with an estonian designer, to launch a lightweight Alpha version of the platform with basic information in March, and in April (early May), launch the Beta version of the platform and connect to the event.
Here are our plans for the near future:
1. On March 10-15, the launch of the Alpha version of the OKAY Expo platform
2. 04/20/2022 – 05/05/2022 launch of the Beta version of the platform and connection to GREENEXPO 2022.
3. In 2023 we will launch a professional platform on our own “core”. We will try to start in the beginning of 2023.
The platform itself, today, and with today’s performance and development, is already highly appreciated and competitors are closely watching the development. Approximate estimate cost of the finished product is 15-17 million Euros. A similar, not exact, developments is being carried out in Russia, Israel and Kazakhstan. But as we were able to estimate today, they are very heavily overloaded.
Our competitors have global plans and investments in the project from 1 million Euros, and we decided to split the process and went from cheap and simple to complex and professional. We’re going up the mountain, but from the other side. Wait for us on the mountain.
To be more precise, SKIILFO OÜ has been operating abroad since 2017, namely, finding a solution and creating the basis of the platform.
From 2017 to the end of 2021, the main activities were carried out in Russia, Sweden, Germany.
We hope and believe that 2022 will already be “estonian” for Estonia too.
